A federal court in Australia has ruled that pro-Israel activist Ofir Birenbaum breached parts of a settlement with Sydney's Cairo Takeaway restaurant. According to The Guardian, the feud began in February twenty twenty-five when Birenbaum visited the Middle Eastern restaurant wearing a Star of David cap and necklace, accompanied by Daily Telegraph reporters. He later claimed to have been completely vindicated following a settlement agreement. However, Justice Robert Bromwich has determined that Birenbaum breached parts of that settlement, marking the latest turn in their long-running dispute.
