Expert pieces together puzzle from fragments of 1,600-year-old Roman text

Phys.org reports that a Roman law expert at the University of Cincinnati has pieced together and translated a Latin legal text from fragments that survived in Egyptian sands for more than 1,600 years. The subject, as it turns out, is taxes.
