Volvic to appeal after French court rules green claims were misleading

According to RFI, France's Paris Commercial Court has found bottled water brand Volvic guilty of misleading commercial practices. The company claimed its bottles were carbon neutral and one hundred percent recyclable, but the court determined those environmental claims were false. Volvic has announced plans to appeal the decision.
