Peru elects Keiko Fujimori in victory for Latin American right

According to Al Jazeera, Peru's voters have elected conservative Keiko Fujimori as president, in what's being seen as a significant victory for the Latin American right. The president-elect promised that dialogue and openness will guide her administration.
