Hegseth’s purge of top generals leaves the US Army rudderless

The Straits Times reports the U.S. Army has been without a chief of staff since April, when Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth fired General Randy George without explanation. The outlet says the purge of top generals has left the service rudderless.
