Monaco parcel bomb blast severely wounds Ukrainian oligarch

A parcel bomb exploded in Monaco, severely wounding Ukrainian oligarch Vadym Yermolaiev and two others, according to The Guardian. Yermolaiev sustained life-threatening injuries in the blast that occurred around nine PM in a residential building near the French border. A couple and a teenager were also wounded in what authorities are calling an unprecedented act of violence in the typically secure principality.
