According to The Guardian, two men have been charged after allegedly accessing the personal banking account of Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. The breach involved a twenty-one-year-old graduate employee at the accounting firm EY, who was on secondment at Commonwealth Bank at the time. Both suspects—aged twenty-one and twenty-five—faced court this week following an investigation by Australian federal police. EY has fired the employee responsible.
