Four men nabbed as Singapore cracks down on first suspected transnational Kpod syndicate under tougher anti-vaping law

According to Channel NewsAsia, Singapore authorities have arrested four men connected to a transnational Kpod vaping syndicate—the first case of its kind prosecuted under the country's amended anti-vaping law. The arrests follow an earlier seizure of eight hundred thousand Singapore dollars worth of Kpod devices. The new legislation significantly increases penalties for suppliers and importers, including extended imprisonment and caning.
