Two women to be charged over using S$1.7 million of misappropriated funds on gambling, loans

According to Channel NewsAsia, two women have been charged in connection with misappropriating bank funds in Singapore. One of the women, now sixty-five years old, allegedly took one point seven million Singapore dollars from the bank's vault while working as a branch manager. The stolen funds were allegedly used for gambling and loans.
