Russia: CIA director visits Moscow

France 24 reports that CIA director John Ratcliffe held talks with Russian intelligence services in Moscow, a visit the Kremlin confirmed on Wednesday. It's the first known visit by a US spy chief to the Russian capital since 2021. The talks come as the war in Ukraine escalates and efforts to reach a lasting peace between the US and Iran have stalled.
