Kremlin says CIA chief met Russian counterparts, not Putin, in Moscow

CIA Director John Ratcliffe held talks with Russian intelligence officials during a visit to Moscow on Tuesday, though he did not meet with President Vladimir Putin. As France 24 tells it, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated it is too early to determine if these contacts between the two intelligence agencies could improve relations between the United States and Russia.
