US judge refuses to force extradition of jailed ICE agent from Texas to Minnesota

A federal judge has refused to force Texas Governor Greg Abbott to immediately hand over a jailed U.S. immigration agent to Minnesota. The agent faces assault charges there for shooting a Venezuelan man in the leg during last winter's deportation surge in Minneapolis, The Straits Times reports.
