Man drives car into group of pedestrians in French city of Caen, killing one

A car plowed into a group of pedestrians in the French city of Caen late Wednesday, killing one person and injuring ten others, seven of them critically. France 24 reports police detained a twenty-six-year-old man after he fled the scene, and prosecutors said the incident was not currently being treated as terrorism.
