People with strong chest and back less likely to have a heart attack, analysis suggests
health

Using artificial intelligence to analyze hospital scans from over seventeen hundred patients in their fifties, they found that greater muscle density in the torso correlated with better cardiac outcomes. Researchers suggest the connection: people with stronger muscles exercise regularly, and physical activity is proven to reduce heart disease risk.
