France's Senate just passed a sweeping law targeting ultra-fast-fashion retailers like Shein, Temu, and AliExpress. The legislation imposes fines ranging from zero point two-five to six euros per product this year, escalating to ten euros per item by twenty thirty. The bill follows more than two years of parliamentary debate and aims to reduce the environmental and social impact of rapid-turnover fashion e-commerce.
