Ebola outbreak over in Uganda but cases still rising in DR Congo

The Ebola outbreak in Uganda caused by the Bundibugyo strain has ended, France 24 reports, even as the virus continues to spread next door. In the Democratic Republic of Congo, the government says transmission remains active, with more than two thousand seven hundred deaths and more than five thousand six hundred cases recorded so far.
