Alleged underworld kingpin testifies at S. African commission

An alleged underworld kingpin has finished giving testimony at a high profile corruption enquiry in South Africa. As France 24 tells it, Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala appeared before the Madlanga Commission, which is investigating various allegations, including claims that a suspended deputy police chief accepted kickbacks from criminals.
