Manhunt under way after Ukrainian-born tycoon injured by Monaco bomb

Authorities are conducting an international manhunt after a parcel bomb exploded in Monaco on Monday evening, injuring Vadym Iermolaiev, a Ukrainian-born oligarch, along with his wife and child. According to the Guardian World, a lone suspect entered an apartment block, left the package in the lobby, and departed. Moments later, as the residents approached the entrance, the device detonated. The unprecedented attack has unsettled the normally ultra-safe principality, prompting a wide-scale search for the suspect.
