Republican returns to US House after months of absence over ‘depression’

According to the Guardian, New Jersey Republican Tom Kean Jr. returned to Congress today after nearly four months of unexplained absence. He revealed he had been hospitalized and diagnosed with depression. In a floor speech this morning, Kean said he hadn't anticipated a long-term stay when he entered the hospital several months ago for testing. He's now back voting.
