DHS chief does happy dance after Iran exits World Cup

The U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security shared an unusual moment at a World Cup security briefing. According to Boing Boing, he said he was so happy when Iran was eliminated from the tournament that he may have sung a song or two and done a happy dance. He told colleagues he's just glad they're done.
