Three former DeepMind researchers have launched EquiLibre Technologies, a Prague-based AI lab now valued at more than five hundred million dollars. According to TechCrunch, the startup is commercializing AI systems for quantitative hedge funds, bringing their poker-playing algorithm expertise to financial markets.
