Attendees should check in early around seven forty‑five a.m., and the opening reception starts at six fifteen p.m. in Dabney Garden, where posters will be on display. The program will be streamed via a Zoom webinar and supported by a dedicated Slack workspace, and anyone arriving late may need to join from the overflow room in Moore Lecture Hall using their own laptop. Remote participants must register for the Zoom link and the plenary talks to receive access details.
