Iran war live: Qatar’s PM meets US envoys, Tehran holds firm on conditions

According to Al Jazeera, Iran says it will not begin negotiations on a final deal until two conditions are met: an end to hostilities in Lebanon, and the release of funds frozen by the United States. Qatar's prime minister is currently meeting with American envoys in diplomatic mediation efforts.
