Queensland police assisting border force after boat allegedly arrives near Weipa

According to ABC News Australia, a group of foreign nationals allegedly arrived by boat near Weipa, at Pennefather Beach, in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Campers in the area hid in their tents when the group came ashore around three in the morning. Australian Border Force officers arrived six hours later, assisted by Queensland police.
