Israeli settlers attack NBC News team, wound Palestinian woman near Nablus

A group of masked Israeli settlers attacked an NBC News crew and a Palestinian woman on Saturday in Jalud, a West Bank village near Nablus that Middle East Eye says has seen relentless settler violence in recent weeks. The crew had been interviewing Aida Ahmed Abdullah, who'd been driven from her home by settlers, when a car pulled up and masked men armed with sticks beat the journalists and threw rocks before fleeing. Abdullah, fifty-one, suffered non-life-threatening injuries but stayed hospitalized, while four NBC staffers, a correspondent, cameraman, producer, and driver, were also hurt and their equipment and vehicle damaged, Middle East Eye reports.
