About 1,200 BTO flats in Toa Payoh, Sin Ming to have shorter waiting time of under 3 years

Channel NewsAsia reports that roughly twelve hundred Build-to-Order flats in Toa Payoh and Sin Ming will be allocated in under three years. The two new BTO projects are meant to shorten the usual waiting time for applicants, which has typically been longer. BTO, Singapore's public housing scheme, lets residents reserve flats before construction begins.
