Ex-Nigeria oil minister cleared in UK bribery trial

Nigeria's former oil minister Diezani Alison-Madueke has been acquitted of bribery charges in a UK court. According to the BBC, a jury at Southwark Crown Court found her not guilty of receiving bribes from oil tycoons in connection with her tenure at Nigeria's Ministry of Petroleum.
