Nepal: Glacial collapse leaves 3,000 missing

France 24 reports that a glacial collapse triggered flash floods in Nepal and Tibet, leaving the death toll at seven hundred fifty with more than three thousand people still missing. Rescue and relief efforts have been hampered by heavy rain and rising river levels, and disaster authorities are urging rescue teams to exercise caution as further flooding threatens to slow the search.
