More than 100,000 killed in Myanmar since 2021 coup, monitor says

Myanmar's ongoing civil war has reached a devastating milestone. According to the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data project, more than one hundred thousand people have been killed since the military coup of twenty twenty-one. The five-year conflict has displaced millions and emerged as one of Asia's deadliest crises in recent memory.
