According to France 24, the Democratic Republic of Congo's government spokesperson has accused Rwanda of lacking the political will to implement a twenty twenty-five U-S-brokered peace agreement. Minister Patrick Muyaya is calling for stronger international pressure, saying Washington should apply more diplomatic leverage. The peace deal, intended to resolve a prolonged regional conflict, appears to be stalling despite international backing.
