politics
The Drug Enforcement Administration has temporarily placed four synthetic opioids into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, according to today's Federal Register notice. The four substances—five six-dichloro brorphine, five six-dichloro desmethylchlorphine, N-propionitrile chlorphine, and spirochlorphine—will now face the same federal manufacturing, distribution, and possession restrictions as heroin and LSD.
