Rescinding New Construction Requirements Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs or Activities

According to the Federal Register, the Department of Energy is extending the effective date of a rule that rescinds construction requirements related to nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs and activities. The rule was originally published on May sixteenth, twenty twenty-five. The agency announced the extension today.
