Families of Australians missing in the catastrophic Nepal-Tibet floods are now facing a second ordeal: racist slurs aimed at the missing on social media. The Guardian reports the abuse has prompted calls for platforms to be held more accountable for removing hateful content. As of Monday, the number of missing Australians had risen to forty-three, with the overall death toll from the glacier-collapse floods at least eight hundred ten.
