According to new Bureau of Labor Statistics data, more than one-third of U.S. employees are working from home—a share that actually increased in twenty twenty-five despite return-to-office mandates becoming more common. It's a striking disconnect: as companies push harder to get people back to the office, more workers are choosing to stay remote.
