E Jean Carroll asks judge to order Donald Trump to pay $5m he owes her

E Jean Carroll asked a federal judge on Tuesday to enforce a five million dollar payment from Donald Trump. The request comes just one day after the Supreme Court declined to hear his appeal of the civil case verdict. In twenty twenty-three, a jury found Trump liable for sexually abusing Carroll in the nineteen nineties and for defaming her after she publicly described the alleged attack in a Manhattan department store in twenty nineteen. According to The Guardian, Carroll's lawyers filed the enforcement motion in federal court in Manhattan.
