Judge wrong to spare rapists from custody, court told

According to BBC News, Britain's Court of Appeal is reviewing a sentencing decision in a rape case. Three teenage boys were convicted of the crime, but the judge did not impose custodial sentences. The court is now considering whether the judge made an error in not ordering them to serve time in custody.
