The U.S. military has struck an alleged drug vessel in the eastern Pacific Ocean, killing three people. According to NPR, the strike is part of the Trump administration's campaign targeting what it calls narcoterrorists. The campaign has resulted in at least two hundred eleven deaths since it began in early September.
