Donald Trump vows to hit Iran ‘hard’ after first exchange of fire in weeks

Tensions between the U.S. and Iran have flared again after weeks of relative calm. The Hindu reports Washington struck Iranian rocket launchers on the island of Larak, aiming to stop Tehran from mining a key shipping lane, and Iran retaliated with missile and drone attacks it says targeted U.S. forces in Jordan and the UAE. President Trump has vowed to hit Iran "hard" in response.
