DR Congo's opposition rejects president's dialogue offer and calls for demonstration

The Democratic Republic of Congo is contending with an Ebola outbreak at the same time it's managing several security crises, France 24 reports, including efforts to finalize a peace deal with M23 rebels. President Felix Tshisekedi has offered to convene a national dialogue, but opposition parties are rejecting the offer, calling it a smoke screen for an attempted power grab and calling for demonstrations instead.
