Python 3.15.0 candidate 2 is here!

Simon Willison's Weblog reports that the second release candidate for Python three point one five is now available, with the final version scheduled for October. Release manager Hugo van Kemenade says only reviewed bug‑fix changes will be accepted between this candidate and the final release, and urges third‑party maintainers to test their projects and publish wheels on PyPI. He notes the candidate isn’t yet on GitHub Actions, but developers can add the allow‑prereleases flag to their workflow matrix to run tests against it, and maintainers who publish wheels now will help ensure a smooth transition when the final version arrives.
