Trump refuses to renew US-Canada-Mexico trade pact he once championed

According to The Guardian, Donald Trump has declined to renew the United States-Mexico-Canada trade agreement—a deal he once championed. The renewal deadline was today. Rather than commit to another sixteen years, the administration chose annual reviews instead. The USMCA will now expire in two thousand thirty-six.
