Russian couple arrested after climbing Empire State Building

A Russian couple turned a marriage proposal into a death-defying spectacle. According to Al Jazeera, the pair climbed the exterior of New York's Empire State Building on Wednesday—without authorization or safety equipment—to pop the question. The NYPD was less romantic about the stunt: they arrested both climbers after they reached the summit.
