Student drowns in River Wye while on Duke of Edinburgh’s Award trip to Wales

According to The Guardian, an eighteen-year-old student has drowned in the River Wye near Glasbury in Wales during a Duke of Edinburgh's Award trip. Emergency services, including Mountain Rescue and the fire service, responded to the incident on Tuesday evening. The student's body was located following the search.
