A hotel currently being sued over food poisonings was described by the AI as "spotless." A resort where guests complained of sexual harassment by staff received praise for its "friendly" service. Other serious issues overlooked in the summaries include complaints about mold, bad smells, and properties lacking mains water. The findings raise concerns about how AI is being used to summarize consumer feedback, and whether these automated summaries are adequately representing the real guest experience.
