Watch: Couple scale Empire State Building, get engaged and are arrested

A couple climbed the Empire State Building and got engaged at the top. The two displayed a large banner during at least a ten-minute stay atop the fourteen hundred fifty-four foot Manhattan landmark, according to BBC News. Both were arrested once they came down.
