According to ABC News, Russia has struck central Kyiv, killing at least eight people and injuring dozens more. The attacks trapped paramedics and ambulance drivers at an emergency station, disrupting rescue operations. The strikes were serious enough that President Zelenskyy cut short his diplomatic visit to Dublin to return to the capital.
