Russian missiles and drones kill 11 and cause damage across Ukraine capital

According to NPR, Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine's capital with ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. The strikes damaged buildings and civilian infrastructure across the city. At least eleven people were killed in the assault. Many residents sought shelter in metro stations as the attack unfolded.
