Kyiv residents reel after largest Russian attack on city kills at least 13

According to France 24, a large-scale overnight missile attack on Kyiv has killed at least thirteen people and injured more than fifty-six others. The strikes targeted residential neighborhoods, catching families while they slept and leaving parts of the Ukrainian capital in ruins. Russian officials said they would be ramping up pressure on Ukraine, describing the overnight strike as their largest attack on the city to date.
