No 10 accepts all recommendations in Southport attack inquiry, Mahmood says

According to The Guardian, the UK government has accepted all recommendations from an inquiry into the Southport killings. The first phase investigation found that the murders of three girls could have been prevented and identified fundamental failings in how the threat was handled. Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said the government would do whatever is needed to protect the public as it urgently implements the recommended changes.
