The BBC has identified a convicted people smuggler living in the UK. The man, once called the godfather of the Calais migrant camps, changed his name from Twana Jamal and was discovered in Leicestershire, where he was reportedly working illegally while seeking asylum. According to The Guardian, Downing Street is urgently investigating how he came to be in Britain.
